• Our Bhiwandi facility situated on Nashik Highway (Maharashtra) is close to Mumbai and the JNPT Port. Catering to customers of Pune, Nashik & Ranjangaon is extremely smooth and easy.
• This facility specializes in spring steel strips which have a vast usage in the manufacturing of pen clips, hair clips, tie pin clips and several others.
• We are equipped with an array of eight machines, constituting a healthy mix of three slitting lines and three CTL lines. The slitting lines comprise: two narrow, two wider, one ultra-narrow. The wider slitting and CTL machine takes care of the appliance segment in the Western region. The narrow slitting and CTL line suitably processes steel that is widely used in the manufacture of electrical, general engineering and automobile parts like clutch plates and others.
• Additionally, we have a shearing machine, that is widely used for the appliances and auto industry. We have guard film facility that is generously used for the PPGI products.
