Nitin Vijaykumar Gupta is the Managing Director of our Company. He has been Director of our Company since incorporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mithibai College of Arts, Chauhan Institute of Science & Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce and Economics, University of Maharashtra. He has over 20 (twenty) years of experience in the steel sector. During his tenure, our Company grew from operating at a single location to establishing multiple steel processing units across western, northern, and southern India. He led our Company’s move into steel processing for OEMs and ODMs in the home and commercial appliance sectors.  In our Company, he is responsible for driving business growth and formulating strategic initiatives. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing manufacturing operations, administration, and overall management, while also providing strategic leadership to support the Company's continued development and expansion.

Bhawna Nitin Gupta is the Whole-time Director of our Company and has been serving as a director since its incorporation. She holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi. She has over 6 (six) years of experience in the steel industry. She is responsible for overseeing overall business administration and leads the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. As a Promoter and part of the management, she contributes to operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and long-term value creation.

She is an Independent Director since March 21, 2025, is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 10+ years of experience in audit, risk management, and advisory services.

Mihen Halani has been an Independent Director since March 21, 2025. A practicing Company Secretary with 13+ years of experience, he specializes in corporate governance, transaction advisory, secretarial audits, and funding. Certified as a Social Auditor by NISM, he has advised on corporate law, securities laws, foreign exchange regulations, and IBC matters, and has served on boards of multinational companies. He is recognized for his expertise in strategic planning and governance implementation. His professional journey reflects a strong commitment to transparency, compliance, and corporate excellence.

Hemant Ostwal has been an Independent Director since March 21, 2025. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 17+ years of experience, he has worked with Bajaj Corp, RR Kabel, and Bharat Business Channel. He specializes in corporate financial advisory, investor relations, private equity fundraising, M&A, and financial modeling, with hands-on expertise in SAP, process automation, and inventory management.
Mr. Ostwal has led investment by a top global private equity firm at RR Kabel, played a key role in brand acquisitions and integrations, and contributed to NASDAQ, India, and UK listings for Videocon d2h. He was instrumental in the INR 15,000 crore merger of Dish TV & Videocon d2h and in corporate restructuring initiatives to reduce tax litigation risks.
