Bombay Coated & Special Steels Pvt. Ltd. operates multiple automated slitting lines across India featuring precision slitters capable of close tolerances of only ±0.1mm and speeds up to 300 metres per minute. These lines include high-capacity re-coilers, scrap winders, double slitter heads, tensioning devices. Our select facilities also boast a lamination and embossing lines along with guard film facilities. Our state-of-the-art machinery boasts an unparalleled level of precision, virtually eliminating any margin of error and guaranteeing consistent output round the year. Slitting lines involve the process of uncoiling a large roll of material and cutting it into narrower strips using sharp blades. The strips are then recoiled into smaller rolls for easier handling and use.
