Cold Rolled

BCSSPL procure cold-rolled BCSSPL procure cold-rolled from JSW Steel Works, one of the leading steel manufacturers in India with a strong global footprint. We offer top-notch cold-rolled sheet processing services used primarily in the appliance and automobile sectors.

Cold Rolled Steel is the process of transforming Hot Rolled Steel into Cold. In this procedure, hot rolled coils go through the pickling system before being fed into the Cold Rolling Mill. The output from the mill is first placed at room temperature to make it cold. After that, the product goes into electrolytic cleaning before being put into batch annealing in the furnace. The steel coil is further passed through the skin pass mill, and we get the final output that is cold-rolled steel.

Uses and Advantages of Cold Rolled

Cold Rolled provides better surface cleanliness. It helps in reducing a significant amount of pre-treatment time and chemical consumption. Less time and minimum use of chemicals save a lot of money for the business.

Clients   get uniform quality with better productivity during stamping, and drawing      operations, with uniform mechanical properties throughout the length of      the steel coil.

Galvanised

Our processes and methods are professionally supervised and performed. At our state-of-the-art facility, we immerse the thin steel plate in the molten zinc bath, adhering to a layer of zinc thin steel plate on the surface. The hot-dip process also develops this steel plate, but it is heated to about 500 degrees C immediately after exiting the tank to form a film of zinc and iron.

After galvanisation, our final product has good weldability and paint adhesion for your projects.

Galvanised steel is a highly popular steel variant for its strength, durability, protection from rust & corrosion with a zinc layer, and formability. The galvanization process is a manufacturing method of putting a coat of zinc over steel or iron. There are several methods of galvanization; among them, hot-dip galvanizing is the most commonly applied and offered..

Advantages of Galvanised Steel

Ready   for instant use after the galvanization procedure. Our clients save a lot on additional processes like preparation of the surface, paintings/coatings, inspections, etc.

Galvanized  steel functions perfectly in average conditions for more than fifty years  and can go up to twenty years even in severe water exposure. It is reliable, durable, and sustainable.

Protection of damaged portions. Even if some sections need replacement or repair,  zinc prolongs the life of steel. Rust and corrosion will affect zinc first before reaching the damaged area.

Steel contains portions of iron, which makes them prone to rust. Zinc provides a  buffer and protects against rust.

Color Coating

Improve the look and enhance the lifespan of steel with our expert colour coating solutions. Colour coating for steel has received a lot of momentum lately for its multi-purpose utility.

Pre-painted or colour-coated steel refers to putting a protective and organic coating on steel substrate provided in coil form.
